Midwifery practice PuurBegin is a small-scale midwifery practice in Kampen. A small-scale midwifery practice has a special approach to pregnancy care that revolves around personal attention and involvement. Instead of seeing many different healthcare providers during your pregnancy, you only see a few faces and there is predominantly one midwife who you see the most. Because everyone can be unable to attend, be ill, or have a day off at some point, we work in a small team of 4 midwives. Because you never see more than 4 midwives, this means that you will always see someone you know during your birth. That's nice, right?

Not just medical checks

The great thing about one small-scale midwifery practice is that not only your medical needs are taken into account, but also you as a person. We are also interested in your wishes, concerns and fears and tailor our care accordingly. This personal approach creates a special bond and trust between you, your partner and us as midwives.

At Midwives PuurBegin you are not a number; We see every pregnant woman and her partner as unique. We are here to support and guide you and would love to hear from you about your needs. Will the care surrounding your pregnancy and/or delivery be medical after all? Then we will of course come to your home for maternity visits after the baby is born.
